COST/REGISTRATION FEES
I can only attend a session of Metamorphosis; do I have to pay the full conference fee?
The cost of Metamorphosis is set at an affordable price so that the majority of women can afford to attend. We do not offer partial registrations. Plan to take full advantage of the conference by attending as many sessions as possible.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
On the website meta08.com you can register for more than one person. Just follow the on-line registration process.

On site, you can register as many people as you would like. Just notify the Metamorphosis Team Volunteer that you want to sponsor someone else.

ARE GROUP DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
No group discounts are available for the Mid Year Conference.

IS THE REGISTRATION FEE REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately, the cost of the conference is not refundable, but it is transferable. You may bless another sister to attend in your place.

IS THE REGISTRATION FEE TRANSFERABLE?
Yes, you may give your wrist band to another sister before the start of the conference.

LOST REGISTRATION CREDENTIALS
I registered for Metamorphosis but cannot locate my credentials (wrist band). How can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or missing registration credentials.

ON LINE REGISTRANTS - WHERE ARE YOUR CREDENTIALS?
If you registered for Metamorphosis via the web, your credentials will be provided on site at the conference. Please go to the PRE-REGISTRATIONS table to pick up your credentials. Registration Credentials will not be mailed. You will need a form of personal identification to pick up your credentials.

CHILDCARE
Will childcare be provided for children?
No, we are unable to provide childcare at this year’s conference.
PLEASE NOTE--- Children will not be allowed into the Metamorphosis Conference. Please make personal arrangements in advance so that you will receive the greatest benefit of allowing God to minister to you.

VOLUNTEERS
I am interested in volunteering. How can I help?
We will need volunteers throughout the Metamorphosis conference.. If you are interested in assisting with registration and distribution of Metamorphosis materials, please send an email to volunteer@meta08.com with VOLUNTEER in the subject line. If you are a member of a church other than The Fountain of Praise, you will need to complete a volunteer application.

How will the SPACE be defined?

Each space will be set up with a 4x6 table and two chairs.

Can two different vendors share a booth?

No, we will not approve two vendors sharing one booth.

Will vendors need conference access?

Yes, each vendor will receive two conference passes. Additional passes may be purchased at the regular rate of $15.

What are the hours for the Vendor Marketplace?

The Vendor Marketplace will be open during all hours of the conference.

A schedule will be provided for load in / out time.

Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) is a 20-minute drive from The Fountain of Praise.
